The mould is closed, and the rubber is forced into the cavity through a small opening under hydraulic pressure. While the rubber dries, the mould is kept closed. The plunger is raised, and the material from the transfer pad is withdrawn. The portion can be removed when the mould has been opened. During this moment, any flash remaining is trimmed

Advantages:

  • High Cavity Count
  • Design Flexibility
  • Short production cycle

Applications:

O-rings, Medical stoppers, Shockproof articles, Black rubber products, Electronics components, Keyboards, Rollers, Gaskets, Conductive products etc.
